Before You Order

Questions.

Cropped fit, soft cotton blend. Screen-printed by hand per order. Runs true to size.

Machine wash cold with like colors, inside out, to protect the print. Tumble dry low, or hang dry for the longest life. Don't iron directly over the design. Flip it inside out first if it needs touching up. Skip the dry cleaner and the fabric softener; both break down the print faster than a normal wash.

Made to order, nothing printed until you buy it. Production and shipping takes roughly 10 to 14 days. Free shipping on orders over $50, a flat $4.95 under that.

Our tees run true to size. If you're between sizes, or you like a looser fit, size up. Crops run shorter through the body by design, so if you want more coverage, size up there too.

Still unsure? Email hello@ontherockssupplyco.com before you order and we'll tell you straight. We'd rather spend two minutes on that than have you stuck with the wrong size.

Here's the honest answer. Because every piece is made individually after you order, we can't take it back for a size swap or a change of mind. There's no warehouse to return it to and nobody else it can go to.

What we do cover, for 30 days, no cost to you: if the print is flawed, it arrives damaged, you get the wrong item, or it never shows up, we replace it or refund it. Your call. That's the full policy.

Ten-plus years in this industry, and the best friends I have are the ones I made behind a bar or on a floor. We're bonded through mutual disdain for the rude and the shared desire to have a great time and live life. We're underappreciated and underpaid, and we still make nightlife better for everyone who walks through the door.

A few months ago I was buying gifts for my staff while I was still general managing, and I realized something: I was close with these people, and I still didn't know them well enough to know what they'd actually want. I went looking for something built for us, people in this industry, and couldn't find it. Three months later, I decided to just build it myself.

I pulled in a group of industry people who are also artists, and we designed what we'd actually want to wear on shift if given the freedom, and what we'd get for the people we care about when we're not sure what else to give them. On The Rocks is meant to be the gift hub and the backbone of this industry: made sustainably, made with passion, made by people who've done the job. At the end of the day, we're here for a good time, not a long time.
