Terms of Service

Short version: buy a thing, we make it and send it. Don't resell our designs as your own. If we mess up, we fix it. Everything below is the longer, more careful way of saying that.

Who you're dealing with

This site is operated by Scene Seven Studios LLC, doing business as On The Rocks Supply Co. When these terms say "we," "us," or "our," that's who they mean. When they say "you," that's whoever is using this site or placing an order.

Agreeing to these terms

Using this site or placing an order means you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, don't order. That's the whole mechanism, and it's the same one every store uses.

Who can order

You need to be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a contract. If you're ordering on behalf of a business, you're confirming you're allowed to do that.

What we sell and how it gets made

Everything here is made to order. Nothing is pre-printed sitting in a warehouse. Your piece goes into production after you place the order, through third-party production partners, and ships directly from them to you.

That model has a consequence worth stating plainly: because each item is produced individually, there can be small variation between pieces, and screen colors don't always match printed colors exactly. Product photos are representative, not a pixel-accurate promise. Size guides are on every product page and we'd genuinely rather you email us before ordering than guess.

Prices, payment, and taxes

Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time before you order. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that order.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We don't receive or store your full card number. Placing an order authorizes us to charge your payment method for the total shown, including shipping and any applicable tax.

We try to keep the site accurate, but if a price or product description is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honor a clear error. If that happens we'll tell you.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, including after confirmation, for reasons like suspected fraud, a pricing error, a product we can no longer produce, or a shipping address we can't deliver to. If we cancel and you've already been charged, you get a full refund.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Production and shipping takes roughly 10 to 14 days. We currently ship within the United States.

Because everything is made individually for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size. If your order arrives flawed, damaged, incorrect, or never shows up, we replace or refund it at no cost to you. The full detail, including the 30 day window, lives in our Shipping & Returns policy, and it's part of these terms.

Our designs belong to us

The designs, artwork, logos, product photography, and written copy on this site are ours. Buying a shirt buys you the shirt. It doesn't buy you the design.

You're welcome to wear it, photograph it, and post it. You can't reproduce our designs on your own products, sell them, or use our logo or brand name to suggest we endorse something we don't.

Reviews and photos you send us

If you send us a review, a photo, or anything else, you're confirming it's yours to send and that it doesn't infringe anyone's rights. You keep ownership of it. You're also giving us permission to use it on this site, in our marketing, and on social media, with the name you provided.

We publish reviews as written. We don't edit them to sound better and we don't hide the critical ones. We may decline to publish anything abusive, unlawful, or unrelated to the product.

What you can't do here

• Break the law, or use the site to help someone else break it
• Try to get into parts of the site or its systems you aren't meant to reach
• Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content for a competing product
• Interfere with the site's operation or anyone else's use of it
• Order under a false identity or with a payment method that isn't yours

Other companies we rely on

This site depends on third parties, including Stripe for payments, our production and shipping partners, and the advertising and analytics platforms described in our Privacy Policy. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to what they do, and we don't control them.

What we promise, and what we don't

We stand behind what we make, and the replacement commitment above is real. Beyond that, the site and everything on it is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise the site will always be available or error free.

Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived. Where those laws give you more than these terms do, those laws win.

Limit on what we owe you

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected to your order or this site is limited to the amount you actually paid for the order the claim relates to. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, like lost profits or lost data.

You cover us for your own misuse

If someone brings a claim against us because of something you did that broke these terms or the law, including content you sent us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of dealing with it.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute that isn't resolved between us goes to the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and we both agree to those courts hearing it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order is the version that governs that order, so changes aren't retroactive. The date at the top tells you when this version took effect.

The rest of the fine print

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. If we don't enforce something right away, that doesn't mean we've given it up. These terms, together with our Shipping & Returns policy and Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about your use of this site.
